the room was spacious enough for a short stay there was nothing particularly nice though
the service felt really slow staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping guests i waited ages at the bar for a drink also the gym was a joke half the equipment was out of order and it was really cramped it was frustrating

Fantastic Stay with minor hiccups

I really appreciated the attention to detail here. The MEGAFOOD stand by the pool was a lifesaver, offering many food choices. I also loved the super clean roomswith comfortable linens. I really enjoyed the various activities in the morning too.
The air conditioning seemed a bit old and struggled to keep the room consistently cool.

This hotel is located close to the beach, accessible via a regular shuttle service or a short walk. The shuttle runs frequently, every 20 minutes, so it is convenient. The location is favorable for families who like being close to main attractions.

The hotel features both lively and quieter pools. I never had any major issues getting a sun bed. I observed waiter service at the pool area so refreshments were readily available. They were quick to take my order.

The food selection was great!!! The BBQ area really stood out. there were very nice salads. I did notice the service could sometimes be slow, especially at peak times, but the decor was very nice. I also saw several areas for seating.

The air conditioning in my room was quite outdated. It seemed like it was installed in the 90s. there were no English TV channels available on the room TVs, disappointing. The lack of up-to-date amenities affected my overall experience.

The hotel provided food options almost all day. The free drinks included many strong options. The staff seemed to cater to the many guests very well. I also found the quality acceptable.
The room showed limescale buildup in the bathroom sink. The toiletries were nearly empty. The bathwater drained slowly. There was no water one night.

The hotel included a replenished mini bar. This was a welcome addition after a long day. The barmen crafted good mocktails. The private beach had great facilities. I enjoyed the convenient drinks service at the beach bar.
The gym had old equipment. The equipment had a worn appearance. I found the limited maintenance to be disappointing.

The hotel prepared dinner upon my late arrival . I found that quite thoughtful. The staff members were always helpful and had smiles at reception and the lobby bar. I observed aqua fitness classes happening in the pool at 11:30 am. The lobby bar remains open 24/7.
